Kakobuy Warehouse: Manage Arrival Dates Before Combining Your Parcel

Manage Kakobuy warehouse arrivals, storage dates and unresolved items before parcel submission. Understand separate deadlines, packing and combining limits.

On this page

The warehouse stage is where separate purchases become candidates for an international parcel. They may arrive on different days, carry different return conditions and need different decisions before leaving. Treat the Kakobuy warehouse as a time-limited part of the order, not an indefinite holding area while you continue shopping. Start by identifying each item's status and the date attached to it.

Keep arrival, storage and parcel submission distinct

A domestic delivery event, a warehouse status and an international parcel submission describe different stages. If an item appears to have arrived but is not matched to your order, retain the relevant order and domestic logistics references and ask about the mismatch. Do not assume the normal storage clock applies to an unmatched package.

For items associated with your account, record the displayed storage status and its date separately. An outfit arriving piece by piece does not acquire one shared start date because you intend to ship it together. The oldest item may require attention while another part of the outfit is still on its way.

Understand the two published storage cases

Kakobuy's English storage terms, read on September 7, 2026, describe normal purchasing and forwarding packages as having a 100-day storage period starting from the order status “in storage.” The page says an email reminder is sent after 90 days. It warns that overdue goods without parcel submission or feedback can be treated as abandoned and destroyed.

The same page gives abnormal packages a different treatment: where an order has not been submitted or logistics information is incomplete after receipt, it describes 60 days starting from “Signed for.” Because those packages cannot be matched to the relevant order and user, the page says a reminder cannot be sent. Check the current terms and your item's actual classification rather than relying on the longer period by default. For that unmatched category too, the terms on September 8, 2026 describe abandonment and destruction when overdue, not indefinite holding without an email.

Set a decision date before the last possible day

Use the published period as a boundary, not a reason to postpone every decision until an email arrives. Plan time to ask about an unclear status, resolve an item concern and choose suitable transport. A question sent near the end of storage does not by itself establish that the period has been extended.

Keep storage and return timing separate. A garment may remain within its storage period while no longer falling within the usual return application window. The returns and refunds guide explains that distinction. If you are considering sending a piece back, address the actual order conditions promptly rather than waiting for the rest of the outfit.

Decide what is ready before deciding what is together

Read the available QC photos with each selected item in view. Keep unresolved questions attached to the relevant piece. You can then distinguish goods ready for the parcel from goods still needing an answer, instead of allowing the largest or most exciting item to determine the whole shipment.

Combining is a separate question. Kakobuy's help states that mailing restrictions can prevent warehouse goods from being submitted together. If a combination is blocked, find out which item and condition cause the problem. Do not assume that a small object can always travel with clothing or that changing its description is an acceptable solution.

Review the physical parcel without inventing savings

Consider whether the proposed contents include rigid objects, footwear boxes or bulky layers. Read the packing choices actually offered and explain any protection concern clearly. An attractive packing idea is not a confirmed service until it is available for those goods.

Use the resulting parcel information when comparing shipping. Removing packaging, splitting goods or changing protection can alter the configuration, but none of those changes establishes a particular price difference on its own. The shipping calculator guide helps retain the measurements and assumptions behind each comparison.

Do not confuse storage with preservation of every property

The official storage terms exclude shelf life from the storage responsibility described there. A storage allowance therefore does not mean that every perishable or time-sensitive item remains suitable for use for that entire period. Keep an object's own requirements separate from the warehouse timetable.

When the parcel is submitted, retain its reference alongside the item records. Continue following goods left behind as separate decisions; submitting one parcel does not settle the status or deadline of every item in your account. This makes a mixed wardrobe order easier to manage without losing track of the oldest unresolved piece.

FAQ

Do all items in an outfit share one storage deadline?

No. Record each item's relevant status and starting date. Separate arrivals should not be treated as one event.

Can I wait for a reminder before making a plan?

Do not rely on that. The published terms distinguish normal and unmatched packages, and the latter may not receive a reminder.

Does the storage period also define return eligibility?

No. Storage and returns have different conditions. Read the applicable return information as soon as an item concern arises.
